Job Summary
Deli Production Team Member responsible for maintaining an organized deli area, monitoring the hot deli case, and preparing food to company standards using process cards. Tasks include stocking items, cleaning dishes and utensils, and supporting a flexible schedule (nights, days, weekends, holidays). Emphasis on teamwork, food safety, and delivering friendly service to guests such as drivers, commuters, and travelers. Opportunities to train and move into other roles within Pilot Company’s travel centers and restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated self-starters
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
