Job Summary
Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area, monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items, and prepare food to company standards by following process cards. Clean and organize dishes and utensils while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Flexible schedule with nights, days, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Opportunity to grow within the role and explore related positions within Pilot Company’s travel centers and restaurants.
