Job Summary
Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area; monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items; prepare food to company standards by following process cards; clean and organize dishes and utensils. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented environment with opportunities to train in other roles within travel centers and restaurants; experience in a similar position and knowledge of food safety procedures preferred.
