Maintain well-organized and orderly deli areas while monitoring hot deli cases to ensure they remain stocked with fresh items. Prepare food strictly to company standards by following process cards, then clean and organize all dishes and utensils. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters capable of working as part of a team, with preferred experience in similar positions and knowledge of food safety procedures.
