Deli Production Team Member

Maintain a well-organized and orderly deli area while monitoring the hot deli case to keep fresh items stocked. Prepare food to company standards by strictly following process cards. Clean and organize dishes and utensils throughout the shift. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the day. Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters capable of working as part of a team on a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Experience in a similar position and knowledge of food safety procedures are preferred. Pilot Company offers opportunities to train for other roles within travel centers and restaurants.
