Job Summary
Maintain a well-organized and orderly deli area, monitor the hot deli case to keep it stocked with fresh items, and prepare food to company standards by following process cards. Clean and organize dishes and utensils throughout the shift. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk most of the day, with a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. We offer weekly pay, a 15 cent fuel discount, free daily meals, and paid time off. Pilot Company provides opportunities to train for other roles within our travel centers and restaurants.
