Deli Production Team Member

Maintain a well-organized and orderly deli area by monitoring the hot deli case to ensure it remains stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by strictly following process cards while cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils daily. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the day, with a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters capable of working as part of a team to build an inclusive atmosphere for diverse guests. While this position focuses on deli production, Pilot Company offers opportunities to train for other roles within travel centers and restaurants.
