Job Summary
Maintain well-organized and orderly deli areas, monitor hot deli cases, and keep them stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by following process cards, clean and organize dishes and utensils, and ensure all food safety procedures are met. Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day is required. Work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
