Job Summary
Maintain a well-organized and orderly deli area by monitoring the hot deli case and keeping it stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by following process cards, while cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the day. You must work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pilot Company offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to train for other roles within travel centers and restaurants.
