Job Summary
Maintain well-organized and orderly deli areas by monitoring hot deli cases and keeping them stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by following process cards while cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils. Work as part of a team in a dynamic environment that includes opportunities to rotate into other roles within travel centers and restaurants. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
