Job Summary
Maintain a well-organized and orderly deli area, monitor the hot deli case, and keep it stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by following process cards. Clean and organize dishes and utensils. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk most of the day. You must work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pilot Company offers opportunities to transition into other roles within travel centers and restaurants.
