Job Summary
Maintain well-organized and orderly deli areas, monitor hot deli cases, and keep stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by following process cards, clean and organize dishes, and ensure all food safety procedures are met. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk most of the day while working a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays. We offer weekly pay, a 15 cent fuel discount, free daily meals, and paid time off. Pilot Company provides opportunities to train for other roles within our travel centers and restaurants.
