Job Summary
Maintain a well-organized and orderly deli area, monitor the hot deli case, and keep it stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by following process cards, then clean and organize dishes and utensils. Work as part of a team in a dynamic environment where you build an inclusive atmosphere for diverse guests and fuel creativity and positivity. This role offers opportunities to gain experience in other roles within our travel centers and restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated self-starters
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
