Job Summary
Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area, monitor hot deli case, and keep stocked with fresh items. Prepare food to company standards by following process cards, clean and organize dishes and utensils, and ensure all food safety procedures are met. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk most of the day, and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
