Job Summary
Prepare sandwiches, entrees, salads, and bakery items while slicing meats and cheeses for the Prepared Foods Department. Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace, operate kitchen equipment safely, and wash dishes as needed. Stock cases, monitor cooler temperatures, and ensure accurate pricing. Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and shutting down equipment. Record production logs and POS data, and attend staff meetings. Provide welcoming customer service using the T.H.I.N.K. and S.E.T. protocols. Work daytime shifts (6am–6pm) with weekend availability. Eligibility for benefits begins at 20 hours per week.

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision but possess excellent team skills.
- Demonstrate regular, predictable work attendance and communicate to the supervisor, department manager, and/or GM any work schedule changes.
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to cooperate and communicate with co-workers and/or outside contacts in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision but possess excellent team skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including verbal and written instructions.
