Job Summary
Direct teams to handle, slice, and prepare meats, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions while managing order guides, pricing integrity, and inventory rotation. Greet guests proactively, make recommendations, and coach staff on-the-job to ensure safe, accurate service. Monitor shrink and damage, receive and stock goods following planogram standards, and maintain department layouts. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
- 5 years of related management experience
- Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years old
- willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
