Job Summary
Direct and supervise all Deli Department personnel to achieve the department's sales and profit goals, maintain and operate the Deli Department in accordance with store policies, train staff, manage receiving and invoicing accuracy, oversee inventory, displays, signage, rotation of perishable products, sanitation, health regulations, and performance management. Requires ability to work variable shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and strong leadership, customer service, math, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school education minimum, including some college courses
- At least three years of experience in Deli Department operations
- Familiar with all products carried in the Deli Department
