Job Summary
Directs the operation of the service deli, including supervising and training personnel, and orders merchandise. Ensures customer service, product quality, freshness, safety and selection. Supervises daily deli operations, conducts inspections, maintains inventory, signs, labeling compliance, and oversees promotional displays. Handles customer relations, resolves complaints, manages scheduling and labor, and ensures health-and-safety standards are followed.
