Deli Line Cook

Cook orders, receive, and prepare food according to memorized standard recipes while monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate pick-up orders and maintain cleanliness of work stations and storage areas at all times. Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control, and maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars. Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures. This role requires a minimum of six months of experience as a cook, the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds, and valid licenses or certifications.
