Job Summary
Deli Lead for Front of House will guide a hardworking deli team to deliver fast, friendly service, train and coach staff on product knowledge and service techniques, maintain safe and well-stocked service cases, monitor food safety and sanitation, and collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational multitasking, familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office, and a hands-on leadership approach to sustain high service standards in a busy retail deli environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler’s Card required
- Knife Safety knowledge
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
