Job Summary
Prepare and stock Lassens Cold Press Department offerings, juice fruits and vegetables per recipe cards, maintain the cold case, grab-n-go, hot case, and salad bar. Ensure food quality standards are upheld for Lassens Deli products while delivering courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members. Develop extensive knowledge of Natural Foods and basic nutritional supplements (vitamins, herbs, amino acids, sports nutrition, health and beauty aids). Flexible full-time schedules with benefits including PTO, health insurance options, and a 401k; note that Lassens is closed on Sundays.
