Job Summary
Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Conduct meetings with subordinate employees, maintain effective vendor relationships, and drive sales while tracking inventory and performing P&L analysis. Build, coach, manage, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training initiatives. Ensure customer expectations are met and exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant or foodservice with high-volume retail P&L proficiency. Flexible schedule includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
