Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail facilities by generating and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Drive sales, manage team members, track inventory, and perform P&L analysis while ensuring customer expectations are met and maintaining effective vendor relationships. Build, coach, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training initiatives. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant or foodservice with proficiency in high-volume retail and P&L accountability. Work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
