Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail facilities by generating and executing business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage team members through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training while conducting meetings and maintaining effective vendor relationships. Drive sales performance, track inventory, perform P&L analysis, and ensure customer expectations are met. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant or foodservice with proficiency in high-volume retail and P&L accountability. Flexible schedule includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
