Job Summary
Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Conduct meetings with subordinate employees, maintain effective vendor relationships, and build, coach, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training. Drive sales, manage team members, track inventory, and perform P&L analysis while ensuring customer expectations are met. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice with proficiency in high-volume retail and P&L accountability. Pay rates start between $43,888.00 and $59,050.00 per year.
