Job Summary
Internship program (4-12 weeks: internal 4-6 weeks, external 8-12 weeks) to prepare for a Deli/Department Manager role, with travel within the division to train and provide relief. Responsible for directing and supervising all deli department functions, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving department sales and profit goals, and monitoring established QA standards. Supports day-to-day deli operations and models the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
