Deli Department Manager

Communicate with Buying and GM teams regarding merchandising, new product implementation, and pricing. Assign duties to team members, schedule breaks and vacations, and train staff in store policies and product knowledge. Devise game plans and planograms for merchandising, supervise departmental inventories, and ensure correct pricing through regular communication with the scan department. Mentor the Assistant Department Manager to prepare them for the role. Perform all department responsibilities to ensure smooth operations while managing inventory ordering from approved vendors. Requires flexible day, evening, and weekend availability at a full-time position with a $22 hourly wage and $2,500 hiring bonus.
