Job Summary
Deli Department Manager responsible for leading the deli team at Your Independent Grocer in Garibaldi Highlands, BC, with a full-time day shift. Drive customer satisfaction and sales by anticipating customer needs, coaching and motivating colleagues, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, and being accountable for departmental sales results and financial objectives.
