Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly behavior while maintaining high morale within the department. Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales and ensure smooth product flow through coordination with other departments. Possess sufficient knowledge to teach others all fundamentals of deli production, including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing. Maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times while complying with all company policies and directives. Provide a professional example for other store team members through coaching and personal evaluations.
