Deli Department Clerk - Part Time

Exhibit maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior while promoting department morale via professional communication. Maintain good working relationships with managers to improve storewide sales and provide a professional example through coaching and personal evaluations. Possess sufficient knowledge to teach others fundamentals of deli production, including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing. Maintain adequate department records and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product and service flow. Comply with all company policies and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct. This part-time role supports the Deli Department at a store focused on team collaboration and operational excellence.
