Job Summary
Lead deli department team to meet store and department goals; train and coach staff; manage sales, gross profit margin, and labor scheduling; ensure guest service standards; oversee deli equipment operations (mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, slicing, finishing); contribute input into merchandising decisions; implement marketing, cross merchandising, and sales programs; resolve guest and team complaints; drive achievement of store and department goals; proficient with store technology (ordering, POS); strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; hourly full-time role requiring flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays; High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Some college preferred
- 1-3 years retail experience
