Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by weighing and labeling products using scales and weight measures. Hire, schedule, train, and develop deli staff while ordering, checking, and controlling inventory to maintain adequate levels and prevent code violations. Implement company policies, ensure compliance with safety and health codes, and monitor revenue components to maximize earnings and minimize expenses. Respond to customer trends, issues, and comments to ensure quality service, identify maintenance repairs, and maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, freezer, and equipment. Manage a team of 16 stores in Idaho and Montana with opportunities for advancement.
