Deli - Deli Assistant Manager

Manage department inventory, pricing, merchandising, and labor and safety rules. Order products and supplies, schedule work to maximize sales and gross profit, and ensure new employees receive proper training on equipment in the Deli-Bakery. Supervise ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation of merchandise, and display building while enforcing strict sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene standards. Adhere to all safety rules for operation. This role supports Super 1 Foods' 16-store network in Idaho and Montana with opportunities for internal advancement.
