Deli - Deli Assistant Manager

Deli Assistant Manager responsible for managing department inventory, pricing, merchandising, labor and safety rules; orders products and supplies and schedules work to maximize sales and gross profit; ensures proper training and safety instruction for new department employees on all equipment in the Deli-Bakery, and supervises sanitation and rotation of merchandise to maintain safety standards. Builds displays and oversees that employees meet sanitation, food safety and personal hygiene standards. Position is hourly and in-person at Rathdrum, ID.
