Deli - Deli Assistant Manager

Deli Assistant Manager accountable for department inventory, pricing, merchandising, and labor/safety rule compliance; orders products and supplies and schedules work to maximize sales and gross profit. Ensures new department employees receive proper training and safety instruction on all equipment in the Deli-Bakery, and provides supervision to ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and the building of displays. Maintains sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene standards and oversees other store tasks as needed.
