Deli - Deli Assistant Manager

Manage department inventory, pricing, merchandising, and labor and safety rules. Order products and supplies, schedule work to maximize sales and gross profit, and ensure all new employees receive proper training and safety instruction on Deli-Bakery equipment. Supervise correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation of merchandise, and display building while enforcing strict sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene standards. Adhere to safety rules and meet operational requirements for the 16-store Idaho and Montana location.
