Deli - Deli 3rd Person

Manage the deli department in the absence of the manager or assistant manager by overseeing inventory, pricing, merchandising, and labor and safety rules. Order products and supplies, schedule work to maximize sales and gross profit, and ensure new employees receive proper training and safety instruction on all equipment. Supervise correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation of merchandise, and display building while enforcing strict sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene standards. Adhere to labor and safety rules throughout the shift.
