Job Summary
Deli department operations in the absence of the manager or assistant manager. Responsibilities include inventory control, pricing, merchandising, labor scheduling, and enforcing safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for ordering products and supplies, training new department employees on equipment, and providing supervision to ensure proper receiving, unloading, storage, rotation of merchandise, and building displays.
