Job Summary
Lead deli counter operations during mid-closing shifts with a focus on customer service and team-building. Oversee counter staff, enforce store policies, train new team members, monitor inventory and ensure product quality and safety. Represent Jimbo’s in the absence of deli counter management, supervise scheduling and performance, and collaborate with management on department development and operations. Requires leadership, strong communication, ability to coach, motivate, and handle multiple tasks under pressure; must understand health regulations and obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate within 10 days.
