Job Summary
Prepare ingredients, inform waitstaff when orders are ready, and clean the grill after each shift. Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient supplies, streamline work from back of house to front of house, and operate kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, and grill. Greet customers with prompt service, maintain a safe and clean environment, and adjust food items for allergies or specific diet concerns. Act as a liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience preferred but not required
