Deli Cook - Corporate Food Service

Job Summary
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold deli items (grilled/roasted meats, fried foods, sandwiches/wraps, deli platters, cold salads) while following standardized recipes and company standards. Assist with menu planning and recipe execution, maintain production standards, safe holding temperatures, and cleanliness. Operate kitchen equipment (thermometers, deli slicer, Panini press, knives, griddle, charbroiler, fryer) safely and efficiently. Support inventory management and stock rotation. Deliver outstanding customer service and work effectively as part of a team in a professional corporate food service environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a corporate food service operation, delicatessen, café, or similar food service environment
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification preferred
- Professional references required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and proper temperature control
- Experience preparing a wide variety of deli and prepared food items
