Deli Cook

Prepares hot and cold deli food, including breakfast items, rotisserie and fried chicken, and handles catering and delivery orders. Promotes customer service by taking and filling orders by phone and in person, maintains attractive product presentation, and supports sales through suggestive selling. Maintains food safety procedures, monitors temperatures, and ensures a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Requires ability to read digital equipment and operate kitchen tools (slicer, deep fryer), work with a team, and communicate effectively with customers and partners. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age 18; 21+ to drive; six months related experience; Food Handler certification is required.
