Job Summary
Prepare food and display product in a careful, clean, and expedient manner while maintaining great customer service. Slice meats and cheeses, prepare and wrap sandwiches, and stock display cases to ensure fresh, rotated, and well-stocked inventory. Process merchandise according to production guidelines, unload deliveries, and monitor equipment and work areas to strict sanitation standards. Sweep and wipe sales areas, report hazards, and exercise proper safety practices when lifting or using slicers and other tools. Commit to the "Golden Rule" to build a strong team, offer product suggestions, and successfully complete onboarding e-learnings within 30 days. Work a schedule based on business needs in cold, possibly wet environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
