Job Summary
Prepare food and display product in the department ensuring all items are fresh, rotated, and well-stocked while maintaining great customer service. Slice meats and cheeses, prepare and wrap sandwiches, and stock display cases to ensure date control. Process merchandise according to production guidelines, follow established sanitation standards, and unload deliveries into designated areas. Monitor coolers, freezers, and equipment, practicing proper sanitation procedures and cleaning work areas to eliminate safety hazards. Sweep and wipe sales counters, report hazards to management, and operate tools including slicers and case cutters. Restock supplies efficiently, maintain organized display cases, and present a favorable impression in dress and hygiene. Notify management of theft, shoplifting, or unauthorized mark downs. Complete onboarding and e-learnings within 30 days of hire. Work a schedule based on business needs, with a hiring range of $15.40 - $20.10 per hour.
