The Deli Clerk is responsible for waiting on customers, preparing and pricing merchandise, and maintaining the freshness and cleanliness of deli products. Essential functions include slicing, cutting, weighing products, unloading merchandise, managing product rotation, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Strong communication and math skills are necessary, along with the ability to lift heavy items.
