Job Summary
Deli Clerk responsibilities include providing exceptional member service, driving sales, merchandising, and ensuring health & safety standards. Duties cover food preparation, handling raw foods, slicing meat, preparing platters, stocking products, operating ovens and fryers for hot and cold foods, and maintaining productivity with standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. Ideal candidates have food prep/food safety experience, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset; lifting up to 50 lbs. Preference given to those with CRS/Co-op kitchen experience. Pre-employment background checks and substance/alcohol screening are part of the hiring process.
