Job Summary
Slice, package, and weigh deli products including meats and cheeses while maintaining display case cleanliness. Provide customer service by answering questions, taking special orders, and assisting members in selecting items. Stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety policies; inspect shipments and check for out-of-date items daily. Clean and sanitize equipment such as rotisserie ovens and refrigerated cases, and ensure scales are in working order. Operate manual or power slicers as needed. This part-time role supports BJ's Wholesale Club's GOLD Member Standards with regular, predictable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
