Job Summary
Slices, packages, weighs and sells various deli products, including meats and cheeses. Maintains deli presentation and cleanliness, supports Members in the deli department, and processes special orders and party trays. Receives and inspects deli shipments, stocks and rotates deli items, ensures products meet quality standards and food-safety policies, and operates deli equipment. Delivers high level customer service, answers questions, assists Members with purchases, and upholds club standards and policies. Requires regular attendance and teamwork to achieve store goals; adjoins to other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
