Job Summary
Slices, packages, weighs and sells deli products (meats and cheeses); assists Members in the deli department; maintains deli display cases and cleanliness; weighs and prices items; handles special orders and party trays; receives and inspects deli shipments; ensures product freshness and adherence to food safety standards; stocks and rotates deli items; operates and sanitizes deli equipment; maintains accurate signage and delivers friendly, service-focused assistance to Members. Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work a schedule including Thursdays, Fridays (4pm–9pm) and Sundays (11am–4pm).
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in deli department preferred
- Experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
