Job Summary
The Deli Clerk is responsible for interacting with customers in a courteous manner, slicing and preparing deli products, and ensuring customer satisfaction with orders. Essential functions include maintaining product freshness through proper coding and rotation, unloading and stocking deli merchandise, pricing products legibly, and promoting new items and weekly specials. Attention to cleaning and sanitation in compliance with health regulations is also required.
